Our contract application crews assure the application specifications are followed so you get the maximum long term performance from your maintenance materials.

THE MOST CRITICAL STEP IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS THE PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE TO BE REPAIRED AND MAINTAINED

We Clean the pavement surface.  
For removal of oil deposits we use a solution of ZoneX-K Industrial Cleaner.  

Cleaning the surface to be maintained is critical

SURFACE PREPARATION 
Proper surface preparation is a labor step that is sometimes overlooked by in-house application crews. We also provide Application Supervision Services to assure that the proper surface preparation is performed. Proper preparation is vitally important to the overall long term performance of any material installed over a surface.  Following common sense fundamentals whether it be a roof, parking lot, wall or floor will help assure long term performance.

In many cases proper preparation takes more time than actual application of the new material.  

We provide careful consideration during the preparation process.  

We can contract with you and apply your materials  - OR-  

We can contract with you to train and supervise your in-house crew for proper preparation and application of materials saving you significant application labor costs.
